May Community Service - HOPE Donation Update

Miranda has asked that the following information be relayed to everyone:

Kylie Evans at HOPE and they have plenty of sheets, towels, etc. right now as someone else/some other group donated those things recently.

Here is a list of things they currently have a big need for:

• Bed pillows (Kylie said theirs are very tattered)
• Shampoo
• Razors
• shaving cream
• Socks (women's, infants, and children's sizes)
• Andy they can always use cleaning supplies

For the May Community Service Project, we are asking everyone to bring at least one new bed pillow to the May meeting to donate to the HOPE women's shelter. (This is an inexpensive purchase - you can pick up a new pillow from WalMart, Target, K-Mart, or Gabes for $5 or so!) Any of the additional items listed above will be a nice bonus!

The League will be purchasing the "Chicken Soup for the Mother's Soul" for a Mother's Day donation to HOPE as well.
